What is the delivery time of my order?
Netherlands and Belgium: 3 to 5 working days
Luxembourg: 3 to 7 working days
Germany: 3 to 7 working days
France: 3 to 7 working days
When it is busier, the delivery time may be a little longer.
How can I be sure that my order has gone through?
If your order has gone through you will receive a confirmation email from us. Do you have an account with us? Then you can see your order details in your account under 'Orders'.

How can I track my package?
After the first mail you receive from us, you will receive a second mail when your package is shipped. In this mail there is a Track and Trace code, with which the order can be followed. You can always check the status of your order in your account under 'orders'.
Do I have to pay shipping costs?
For orders over 75 EURO shipping is completely free. The costs for return and packaging are for our account.
What can I do if I have received a damaged product?
That is of course not the intention! Should you receive a damaged article or should something be wrong with the order, you can of course return the products free of charge. Please check our return page.
Can I change my own data?
If you are logged into your account, you can view and edit your address details there. To change your email address, please contact our customer service. If you wish to change your details for a recently placed order, we advise you to forward the change to our e-mail.
